Hi readers, I am Nicole, an 18-year old student studying Communications at the University of Malta. The combination of my love for writing and my recently discovered passion for food is what mainly inspired me to start this blog. I come from a family of foodies who inspire me on a daily basis and from whom I have learnt everything I know so far! As the title suggests, I will be using this blog to confess with you some of my opinions and tips relating to food , health , nutrition , veganism and all things lifestyle .
